One day I'll be updated, but here are the pictures from our Disney 1/2 marathon extravaganza this year. Kevin is going 6 years strong now!
Jane and Alice running around the house.
We found discounted gingerbread houses and decorated them for Family Home Evening
It kept falling apart, so we ate it.
A great place to shop for used clothing is Once Upon a Child. I keep finding fun dress up clothes too. We found an awesome Snow White dress for Jane for about $8. Can't beat that!
Pretty Jane!
And on to Disney for the 1/2 marathon. Each year we get to make signs to hold up for Kevin. I have yet to hold them up, take a picture of him running, and hold a baby at the same time, but we still make the signs every year!
Jane hard at work
Katie peeking out from behind Boo's door
Alice and Jane
The elevator at Pop Century Resort
Kate's Chiquita Banana tatoo
Bus ride to the Wide World of Sports Complex
Gramma and Papa joined us this year. It was fun having them along.
The dance party before the kid's races
Alice and Kate looking oh so cool
A little warm up with the P90x guy.
Jane and Kevin warming up. Kate thought Kevin looked like a tunnel to crawl through.
Alice and Kate were in the same race. Once again, I carried Alice the whole way. She was not enthused. Kate, however toddled along.
Kate running toward the finish line!!!
Wearing her medal proudly
Alice still having a hard time with the whole concept
Jane ran an awesome race all by herself, but sadly no one new where she was except for me, but I didn't have a camera. But we did get a picture of the medal!
A for Alice!
Jane running through the corridors at the stadium
All of us after the kid's race
Lounging around the hotel grounds. Goofy has one sweet ride!
Luckily this year it was slightly warmer than last. Jane and Alice in the kiddie pool.
Kevin and Alice
The poolside hula hoop contest. Jane came in first in one round. She taught herself how to do it!
A little limbo
The dance party YMCA
Gettin' down. Shake those hips!
The chicken dance. Gramma and I joined in. We kept a great eye on Kate.
Kate freezing and just taking it all in.
Scroll through the next 3 pictures really fast. I love it!
Makes me smile every time!
So that was Friday. Saturday was the day of the 1/2 marathon, so we were up at about 3:30am. Gramma and Papa came too.
Gramma and Kate. Way too early.
Not looking too shabby for 4am
The whole clan! I have to give my dad kudos for being up and being with us. He hates crowds, but was a great sport through the whole event. And super helpful chasing Kate.
Kate kept herself busy in the Disney stores on Mainstreet waiting for Daddy to run by.
I finally (after 6 years) got a good picture of Kevin running by. Waving to us as he passed by on mainstreet. He always gives the girls a hug and kiss.
Running toward Cinderella's castle
Jane posing with Walt Disney and Minnie.
Kate saw Daddy and then fell asleep!
Waiting for Kevin to cross the finish line. Sadly I didn't get a picture of that event because Alice had to pee. I tried to delay her as long as I could, but she hadn't gone all morning, so we raced to the restroom.
We did however get a picture of the man dressed as Snow White. He came in just before Kevin.
Kevin after the race. He did a great job. 2nd best time for him.
Getting off the bus. Could we have more stuff!
Alice smiling
Packing up and leaving the hotel.
Jane makes me laugh. She is getting so big. I am amazed every day by what she says and does. So fun.
A little game of Twister
Disney is so much fun. Just all the neat things to see and play around.
Kate and I walking through the grass. She would wander off and I would bring her back.
Saying goodbye is always hard, but at least Alice got to give Mrs. Potato Head a hug!
I didn't know Kevin was taking these pictures, but I thought they were fun to add. It is a typical (except for Kate does not sit on the table and normally I have food), dinner at home. It's just kind of fun to see all the different little movements and watch Jane's faces, they are pretty funny.
Some chicken nuggets and a little light dinner conversation with a 5, 3, and 1 year old. What more could you ask for at the end of the day? I'm tired, but happy!

The girls are growing up too fast!
Looks so fun! I wanna go!
Fun post and so many great pictures. One day I'm going to do that one. It looks like so much fun! Great job, Kevin.
