Alice's first dip in the pool

Kevin, Alice, and Jane in Grandma's pool

Kevin and Alice just chillin'

My nephew Joshua made a cameo in the back of the picture

Sisters, sisters...

Jane finds joy in kissing and hugging Alice. Alice finds joy when it ends! And gives me the look as if to say, "Mom, why?"

Trying to get Alice to smile

Tickle, Tickle (too cute)

Jane looks a little funky, but it was cute of Alice

Summertime Fun!

Kevin and Jane are practicing to be Navy Seals. Kevin's parents, his sister, and our little family went to the Navy Seal museum down in Vero Beach. It was a small little museum, but very interesting. Jane especially loved the black boat we could all play on.

Jane enjoyed trying on and wearing Karlene's shoes. What woman doesn't love pink heels!

To make room for Alice, we decided to move around the bookcase. Jane and Kevin took a little time to relax on the empty shelves.

The beauty of the summertime and Grandma's house, is the pool. I however am not allowed to go swimming until my 6 week checkup (Monday), so luckily Auntie Beth took some time to help Jane swim. Jane is kicking like a pro and supposedly blowing bubbles, however it looks more like lapping to me.

Alice couldn't go in either because her umbilical cord was still on, so this is what she did while we swam. She was oh so thrilled and oh so sweaty!

Jane and Morgan have been having so much fun playing together. Morgan had a rough day staying dry, so he got to wear one of Jane's shirts. It's a little girlie, but hey, he's man enough to pull it off. He even got Jane to push him around in the stroller. Life is good.

Kevin gets to mow the lawn like twice a week because of all the rain we get. Well, this day he mowed in the rain and was covered with grass. Jane helped him rinse all the grass off and laughed the whole time while Daddy danced in the water.

So she won't let me do her hair, but Daddy can put a million clippies in there! Life is fair, whatever. One day she'll let me do it!

More of the Terry's visit

Alice's blessing
Here is little Alice with her Grandma and Grandpa Terry. She was blessed by her daddy.

Grandma and Papa Goodier, and Auntie Beth, Uncle Cody, Morgan and Aunt Karlene were there also, but I don't have those pictures. Jane and I were there too, of course!

The Playground

Thanks to Aunt Karlene, we got some great shots of Jane having so much fun at the playground.

Jane and the Simpsons

Jane loves to play with little figurines, like animals or the Simpsons characters. When I bought the movie for Kevin it came with little figures of Bart, Lisa, Homer, etc. And then we picked up Krusty and Flanders from Burger King. Anyway, Jane was having fun walking Krusty and Marge around the house. Then she would have Marge say, "Help me, help me," and Krusty would come to her rescue. It was pretty funny. She is showing you the figures in the picture and I tried to get her to keep doing the rescue scene on the video, but as you can see, she just stared at me like, "You're weird Mom, whatever!" (Oh, and we got a new camera, so that is why I took the pictures in the first place!)

Oh Mom!

Please, no pictures, no pictures!
She was too cute, I couldn't resist. I think she was also trying to tell me to turn the lights off!
