Beautiful days...

It sure is nice to have beautiful days. Before Kevin and I had to coach the young men and young women's basketball teams on Saturday, Kevin took a little time to play with the girls outback. Jane is loving to pretend right now, so she was having fun with Daddy and Alice. Alice was just excited to be standing in the backyard. She normally has to be held or stay in the swing. The leaves were very fascinating.

Kevin barely fits!

I see you!

Jane's imagination at work

One of Alice's favorite pasttimes is pulling all of the diapers off the shelf. Normally just seconds after I stacked them all so neatly. I love her little belly hanging over the diaper.

Before I got out the camera, Alice was laughing so hard. Jane's got some crazy dance moves. She loves the Lilo and Stitch soundtrack. I like Elvis. It works.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I just wanted to thank Kevin for a great Valentine's Day. We got to go for a little picnic on the pier where he proposed and then we went for a little ice cream at Cold Stone. And a short walk on the beach. It was a perfect evening. And thank you Grandma and Papa for watching the girls.

Thank you, Kevin for being such a great husband and father. I know I'm not perfect and I know you're not perfect, but as we walked down the beach tonight hand in hand, there was nowhere else I'd rather be. And that's how I feel every day, despite all of life's craziness. I love you!

Grandma came over on Thursday and helped me out a ton. Alice took a nice long nap, along with Grandma. It was so sweet. She hasn't fallen asleep like that in a long time.

I was driving home from my mom's house at sunset and it was gorgeous. Here's the sunset going over the Melbourne causeway.

Last Saturday night

I bought Kevin a firepit for Father's Day last year while he was in California. Well we have used it twice now. The first time we had the fire on the front walk with just Kevin, Jane and I. Alice was asleep inside and Jane quickly lost interest so she went inside too and watched a movie. This last Saturday night we invited my sister Kim, her family, and my parents over to roast hot dogs and have s'mores. Then we did a little Karoake. It was a great evening. So here a couple videos from that night and then one of Alice walking with the walker. Fun times.

Jacob had some amazing dance moves that night. He also sang along later, but that's just too many videos to post! (I am too impatient to wait for the videos to upload)

This one features Jane's dance moves. Too fun!

It really did scare Alice, but she made it from the front door all the way over to the window by the table. The whole time thinking, I'm gonna fall, I just gotta keep holding on, feet move faster, ahhhhh!
