Hint of Fall...

The breeze lately has actually been cool (well, low humidity).  It is so nice outside as long as your in the shade!  Here are some fun pictures of the girls and Kevin enjoying the outdoors, with a few pictures inside too!

Alice let me French braid her hair.  Both girls had braids that day.  It was my lucky day.

While Kevin was in California our little Temple group went to the temple.  After a peaceful session in the temple, the girls and I headed to McDonald's.  It was pure chaos and I was not in the mood for it.  If you ask Jane about the playplace there she'll say, "You can lose your child in there!"  Such a drastic difference between the "world" and the temple.  I choose the temple!

Jane outgrew her 14'' bike and so we found a good deal on a 16" and Alice got the old one.  Alice doesn't pedal yet, but one day she'll learn.  For now, we pull her along.  Kevin is a genius.

Alice, Kevin, and Jane enjoying the nice breeze in the hammock out back.

Jane was sick last week and Alice is in nap transition, so this is how I found them one afternoon around 4pm.  Needless to say, neither of them went to bed before 10:30 that night.  Quiet afternoon, not so quiet evening!

I love this picture!  I walked by and noticed that Jane was reading a book to Alice.  It was too sweet.

Alice, the big girl.  I put her hair up in a ponytail to keep it from blowing in her face.  Too cute.

Ok, so still no belly shots of me.  They are coming.  My cousin Lisa was in town this weekend and she is a photographer, so she took some shots.  I'll post them as soon as I get them back.

Fun pictures. The girls are getting so big. I also love the shot of them reading together. I have a picture of Nathan reading to Jacob like that and it has always been one of my favorites. I also am totally jealous of that awesome hammock. I need one of those! Oh and it's already getting super cold up here, especially in the shade:) We've all got to move somewhere in the middle!
